What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Dispatcher position at Automatic Air Corp?
We are a local, family owned residential/light commercial service contractor. We are looking for a qualified, high energy individual to manage and dispatch our service technicians.
Duties for this position include but not limited to:
- Answer phones (primary call recipient) and field calls appropriately
- Schedule service visits and set appointments for technicians
- Review and revise all completed service invoices and prepare/ mail statements
and invoices
- Assist customers with service billing questions
- Track incomplete calls/ follow up with customers to schedule return trips as
needed
- Track, process, manage, and schedule residential and commercial maintenance
agreements and appointments
- Collect all incoming company payments and record in dispatching software
- Prepare and record check/ cash deposits
- Enter all vendor invoices into dispatching software
- Export all service invoices to accounting software daily
- Maintain/ calculate service department timecards (daily) and commissions and
vacation (weekly)
- Obtain customer and equipment information from customers over the phone and
from technicians following appointments and send to the sales department for
follow- up
- Work with service manager on a routine service meeting points/ discussion topics

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
