Summary :
Design and develop patented and new OEM equipment and prototypes
Job Functions :
- Design custom machines utilizing SolidWorks for FEA analysis
- Design mechanical drive systems employing a variety of motor technologies
- Possess familiarity with industry practices related to drive system design and fabrication methods including laser and water-jet cutting, machining, welding, and heat treatment
- Assist sales with concept development
- Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and shop personnel during manufacturing process
- Create and maintain drawing packages to ASME standards
- Work overtime as needed
