21.00 an hour Bilingual Staffing Recruiter Schedule and Hours
Be prepared for exciting, fast-paced days! Our office is open Monday-Friday (8 AM–5 PM), with the potential for overtime. Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5 pm as needed. Bilingual Staffing Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants to ensure the perfect placement.
- Support employees with precision and efficiency.
- Provide counseling and foster strong relationships.

- Previous recruiting experience required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.

- Think creatively and outside the box.
- A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are essential.
