Our Bilingual (Spanish) Staffing Specialist/Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle of recruiting. Engaging in candidate interaction from submittal through office interview and client placement. The Bilingual (Spanish) Staffing Specialist/Recruiter will excel at strong communication both written and verbal. Additionally, they will possess strong time management and multi-tasking skills allowing them to utilize a broad platform of recruiting tools to attract candidates.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include –
- High volume recruiting, hiring and placement of employees
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews via phone and in-person
- Coordinate and communicate start of assignment information
- Branch Compliance to include background checks, drug screens, Everify and I9
- Client specific orientations, tours, onboarding, and check-ins
- Utilize consultative approach in developing client needs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to utilize a variety of systems daily, including but not limited to, TempWorks, Sense, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to utilize a variety of recruiting platforms, such as, really and MyHaley
- Other duties as assigned
You will need:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Attention to detail and great time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast pace deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable with face-to-face communication with the public
