FS Ops Recruiting Agent Automation Personnel Services is looking for a skilled Defective Parts Agent LG Electronics based in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for is to identify and recruit Authorized Service Centers to provide in home warranty service for Home Appliance and Home Electronic products to reduce or prevent customer product Return Authorization (RA) and 3rd party outsourcing dispatches. Schedule : Monday – Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
Pay Rate : $20 - $ 23 per hour – Depending on experience / skillset. This position is an in-office position. FS Ops Recruiting Agent Duties and Responsibilities :
- Work with Field Service teams to identify areas where home appliance & electronic warranty repair is not available based on customer zip code, product, and product symptom.
- Find new service centers utilizing various online sources, databases, OEM websites for home warranty home appliance & electronic repair.
- Clearly communicate business operation needs to service center to clearly define expectations of Authorized Service Center partners.
- Make outbound phone calls and email service centers for interest until agreement is secured and share information to start ASC application process.
- Collect, organize and track data for service centers including company information, zip code coverage, product coverage and refrigeration sealed system certification.
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly updates on overall recruiting status and progress. FS Ops Recruiting Agent Duties and Responsibilities :
- Minimum of 2 year’s applicable experience preferred.
- Proficient skill is use of personal computer including Microsoft applications (Word, Excell, Outlook).
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- Strong listening and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
