B2B Air and Energy Specialist
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a skilled B2B Air and Energy Specialist for LG Electronics based in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for giving support to the B2B department.
Pay Rate : $19.00 / hr
Full Time in-office position. No remote work.
B2B Air and Energy Specialist Duties and Responsibilities :
- Answer AE, EVC and Solar phone calls.
- Serve as a case manager, utilizing Salesforce and GSFS system.
- Troubleshoot PTAC products to include dispatching repairs and sending out parts.
- Process EVC tickets to include creating SWAP / RNR / or just troubleshooting.
- Updating Master File with all work and part status for the day.
- Other duties as assigned.
