PURCHASING CLERK
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Purchasing Clerk for a company based in Tuscaloosa, AL . In this role, you will primarily be responsible for working with the Procurement Manager to track inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of items to meet organizational needs .
Pay Rate
1 5 .00 to $ 17 .00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 0 0 am to 5 0 0 pm.
Purchasing Clerk Duties and Responsibilities
- Create purchase orders with detailed information .
- Manage relationships with established vendors and research potential new suppliers .
- Compare prices and quotes for different products .
- Monitor inventory levels to identify items that need to be restocked and ensure timely ordering .
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy .
