Role Overview:
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan that drives brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition. You will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and positioning AutoMato AI as a leader in the industry. As AutoMato is a startup, we are looking for someone that can be "hands on" in the execution of marketing and wear many hats as needed by the business.
Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive demand, lead generation, and brand positioning.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content, SEO, social media, and paid campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
- Define KPIs and measure the success of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition
- Optimize and manage lead generation through Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Improve email marketing efforts and enhance conversion rates from existing campaigns.
- Implement SEO and content marketing strategies to increase organic traffic and engagement.
- Leverage partnerships, PR, and industry events to increase AutoMato AI’s reach.
Brand & Content Development
- Establish thought leadership by developing compelling content, including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including website, social media, and sales collateral.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to create impactful marketing materials and campaigns.
- Growth Marketing & Performance Optimization
- Drive data-driven marketing efforts, including A/B testing, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization.
- Explore new marketing channels and emerging technologies to enhance customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimize advertising spend to maximize ROI.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, AI, or eCommerce technology.
- Proven track record in demand generation, digital marketing, and lead acquisition.
- Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and email campaigns.
- Experience with Hubspot.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to measure marketing ROI.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Must be able to change context and execute.
- Nice To Have
- Experience in eCommerce, merchandising, or retail tech.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation.
- Experience working with investors and driving marketing-led growth.
