What are the responsibilities and job description for the e-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist position at AUTOMOTIVE PARTS HEADQUARTERS?
We are looking for an e-Commerce associate to join the team. Our ideal candidate would be someone who possesses excellent customer service skills, has experience working in an auto parts store or warehouse and can perform their duties with minimal supervision. JOB DUTIES:
- Monitor all incoming and outgoing orders and solve issues that arise
- Help pack and ship orders on days when the e-commerce order volume is high or warehouse staff is limited, such as on Mondays and Saturdays
- Update order changes/exceptions on our customer’s websites, such as short-ships, cancellations, substitutions, shipping delays
- Handle all ecommerce Customer Service calls, emails, messages and respond or escalate as necessary
- Handle all return authorizations for e-commerce orders
- Track of all orders, revenue, payments, returns and refunds and provide monthly reports to accounting department
- Provide data analysis and maintenance by building large data files in Excel with content pulled in from our ERP/POS systems and merged with 3rd party product data

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years working in a customer service/warehouse environment and 1 year of computer related experience
- Familiar with the software used to connect with customers and gather their information
- Ability to problem solve effectively and collaborate with others as necessary
- Knowledge of applicable automotive products and markets desired
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Effective communicator both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
