The Human Resources Associate Generalist will assist with a variety of Human Resources and administrative tasks.
JOB DUTIES:
- Business Support: Providing support with current human resource programs.
- Administrative and Customer Service: Performs various associated HR tasks including assisting on projects, customer service support, and compliance and reporting.
- Talent Acquisition: Supports the HR Generalist team with the hiring of qualified job applicants.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two (2) years of practical HR experience and or equivalent work experience supporting a business.
- Associates degree in business or related field preferred
- Understanding of HR related areas like total rewards/compensation, talent acquisition/talent management and employee engagement
- Awareness of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient at utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, HRIS and online vendor portals
- Attention to detail and the ability to reconcile and analyze data
- Experience building and maintaining business relationships
- Solid prioritization and organizational skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
