Position: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Chesterfield (On-site)
Reports to: Director of Sales Support
Job Responsibilities:
- Review a minimum of 15 calls per day using company’s call review system
- Report and present call review trends and training opportunities to management
- Issue call review finding via email with descriptive and accurate notes to management/training team
- Issue compliance and training tickets to management/training team using company’s reporting system
- Report once a week for the QA team meeting
Job Requirements:
- On-Site position, Monday -Friday 8AM-5PM
- Punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- Knowledge of word, excel, outlook and general computer skills
- Willingness to learn new processes and systems
- Reliable transportation
Education and Experience: - GED/Highschool Diploma required
- Experience in VSC Sales and/or Customer Service
- Be able to type at least 40 words per minute
