Our client is a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership located in Memphis. As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will be a customer-facing expert, guiding clients through the vehicle buying process, building relationships, and ensuring a positive experience, while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:Greet customers, understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Vehicle Knowledge:Possess in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Sales Process:Conduct vehicle demonstrations, arrange test drives, and negotiate sales terms and finalize purchase agreements.
- Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Sales Targets:Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Paperwork:Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts and financial documents.
- Inventory Management:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, and pricing.
- Follow-up:Follow up with potential customers to secure sales and build relationships.
- Collaboration:Collaborate with sales management and other team members to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle models.
- Training:Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
