Job Duties include:
- Manage CIT daily
- Address Problem Qs with Finance Dept Daily
- Spin 30-50 deals monthly as a director
- Be present at the desk during deals
- Take turns with customers daily
- Ensure deals are billed in a timely fashion
- Obtain Top Quartile KPIs in all metrics
- Hold daily meetings with sales associates
- Train staff members on how to be effective closers!
