Your Responsibilities:
Excellent Customer Interaction
- Engage with fleet management and colleagues within the central office.
- Provide accurate repair and maintenance estimates to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively in a team dedicated to resolving technical issues efficiently.
Technical Expertise
- Conduct regular vehicle maintenance and replace necessary parts including tires.
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections using predefined protocols.
- Diagnose and fix issues, ensuring customer vehicles leave in optimal condition.
Operational Duties
- Organize and manage localized service operations alongside other technicians.
- Maintain and stock service equipment, complying with disposal procedures.
- Complete additional tasks as instructed by your regional manager.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional auto repair.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Technical school completion or documented alternative work experience.
- ASE certification in light duty is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license (clear background check).
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Proficiency with shop software such as AllData and Mitchell 1.
- Fleet services experience, especially with panel vans, is beneficial.
- A commitment to exemplary customer service.
