AutoNation’s Corporate Headquarters is actively recruiting Summer Interns to join our Parts Operations team! This exciting 10-week intensive internship program at a Fortune 150 Company offers hands-on experience in various aspects of parts operations and supply chain management.

What to Expect from the Parts Operations Internship?

As a Parts Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful projects that directly impact our supply chain and parts management. During your 10-week internship, you will:

• Assist in managing parts inventory, distribution, and supply chain logistics

• Analyze data to optimize parts ordering, storage, and distribution processes

• Collaborate with vendors and dealerships to ensure timely and efficient parts delivery

• Participate in projects that improve operations and enhance service levels across our locations

• Learn how AutoNation’s parts operations support the larger business strategy of vehicle sales and service

Qualifications

We are looking for students with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program (Master’s students also accepted)

• Majoring in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field

• Minimum GPA of 2.5; a GPA above 3.0 is preferred (Transcript will be requested)

• Ability to commute and work on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL or in White Plains, NY for the duration of the internship

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• A willingness to learn and an openness to coaching
