About the Role
Autonomize is seeking an experienced Director of Solutions Delivery and Implementation to lead and execute efficient, customer-focused deployments of our Genesis platform. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that clients go live within 30–45 days, overseeing customizations, configurations, and implementations that drive measurable value and success. A product-oriented mindset is essential—this role is about more than services delivery; it’s about making our platform integral to our customers’ workflows while continuously improving the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and refine a repeatable, scalable solution delivery framework that achieves rapid time-to-value for clients.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team—including implementation consultants, project managers, and technical experts—to deliver outcomes within 30–45 days.
- Serve as a key leadership voice, providing insights on customer requirements, emerging industry trends, and product innovation opportunities.
Customer Success & Engagement:
- Own the solution delivery lifecycle, working closely with customers to align platform capabilities with their goals.
- Foster strong relationships with executives and stakeholders within payor and provider organizations.
- Translate business objectives and pain points into tailored configurations and customizations that meet customers’ unique needs.
Hands-on Implementation & Product Focus:
- Oversee and directly contribute to the platform’s configuration, integration, and deployment.
- Maintain a strong product mindset, ensuring that implementations leverage best practices and are informed by customer feedback to enhance product usability.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine configurations, workflows, and onboarding processes.
Technical & Functional Expertise:
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that our AI agents integrate seamlessly into client environments.
- Develop deep expertise in our platform’s capabilities, especially in how they can be customized to address specific payer and provider challenges (e.g., utilization management, claims optimization, care coordination).
- Champion best practices for integrating our AI solutions into existing IT ecosystems, ensuring compatibility with EHRs, CRMs, and other critical systems.
Compliance, Quality, and Metrics:
- Ensure all delivered solutions adhere to industry regulations, including HIPAA and CMS standards.
- Implement robust quality assurance processes to validate the reliability and usability of delivered configurations.
- Track key implementation metrics—such as time-to-go-live and customer adoption rates—to continuously refine and optimize our approach.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is highly preferred.
Experience:
- 10 years in SaaS solution delivery, implementation, or program management, with at least 5 years in healthcare IT or AI-driven platforms.
- Proven ability to drive rapid go-live timelines and oversee custom configurations and integrations.
- Experience deploying NLP/ML solutions in production within large, complex organizations
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale deployments in complex payor and provider environments.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare workflows, data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and payer-provider ecosystems.
