Autonomize, Inc is seeking a highly motivated, driven Customer Solutions Delivery Leader to execute strategic transformation projects with our customers, including health plans and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing large-scale, complex initiatives within healthcare organizations. You will play a key role in driving customer success by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high degree of collaboration and communication.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solution Delivery Director to lead the implementation of our AI-driven solutions across diverse customer organizations. This role is central to ensuring our customers achieve measurable value from our platform while driving adoption and success. Key responsibilities include,
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a scalable solution delivery strategy tailored to the needs of our customers.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of implementation consultants, project managers, and technical experts.
- Serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing insights on customer needs, solution delivery trends, and opportunities for innovation.
2. Customer Success & Engagement
- Act as the primary interface for customers during the solution delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment between customer goals and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and objectives, and translate these into effective implementation plans.
- Establish trusted relationships with executives and decision-makers in payor and provider organizations.
3. Implementation Oversight
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the AI platform, including data integration, system configuration, and user training.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing IT systems, including utilization management, claims processing, EHRs, and CRM platforms.
- Drive efficient delivery processes and proactively address project risks, roadblocks, and escalations.
4. Technical & Functional Expertise
- Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure platform capabilities align with customer requirements.
- Provide expertise in integrating AI agents with operational workflows for payors (e.g., risk management, claims optimization) and providers (e.g., care coordination, clinical decision support).
- Continuously improve the solution delivery framework, incorporating feedback and best practices.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all solutions meet regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, CMS, and other industry standards.
- Drive quality assurance processes to validate the accuracy, reliability, and usability of delivered solutions.
- Track implementation metrics to assess success and identify areas for optimization.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is highly preferred.
Experience:
- 10 years of experience in solution delivery or program management, with at least 5 years in healthcare IT or AI-driven platforms.
- Proven success in managing large-scale implementations for both payor and provider organizations.
- Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and payer-provider ecosystems.
Skills:
- Strong project management expertise, with proficiency in Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Technical aptitude in AI, machine learning, data integration, and healthcare IT systems.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes for customers.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional engineering and product teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Experience working with US Customers, delivery teams
- Strong project management skills, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- A deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
- A strategic thinker with a strong focus on user experience and product design.
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation.
- Demonstrated ability to scale technology solutions and adapt to evolving market needs.
