About the Role
The Program Manager II is responsible for managing corporate programs and multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Reporting to the Program Directo role oversees program planning, execution, and performance evaluation while collaborating with key stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to drive projects through the Product Development Process (PDP).
Your Impact
In this role, you will :
- Lead Program Execution : Oversee multiple projects within programs, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with organizational policies, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Support PDP Implementation : Manage the execution of the Product Development Process, coordinating resources to deliver high-quality products or services.
- Facilitate Collaboration : Work closely with Product Managers, Dev Managers, and Engineers to assign responsibilities, communicate priorities, and ensure accountability.
- Promote Programs : Track program adoption across the organization, ensuring effective communication and utilization by stakeholders.
- Evaluate Program Success : Use data and key performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive optimization.
