About the Role
We are hiring Project Managers (I-III) to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects with a focus on technology and deployment to solar or industrial sites. This role is responsible for ensuring projects stay within budget, scope, and schedule, while mitigating risks and improving operational efficiency. Project Managers at ASI are process-driven leaders who take a tactical, day-to-day approach to managing projects. Responsibilities scale in complexity and budget oversight depending on experience level.
This position is based in Fort Worth, Texas, with 10-15% travel required for deployment-related tasks.
Job Duties
Project Planning & Budget Management
- Define project scope, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects.
- Oversee projects with budgets ranging from $5M-$10M, ensuring cost control.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage technology-first deployments at solar and industrial sites.
Project Execution & Risk Mitigation
Process Improvement & Deployment Strategy
Tool Utilization & Data-Driven Decision Making
