About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Engineer - Mechatronics to join our collaborative engineering team. This role involves leading the development of system and subsystem requirements for complex products, including autonomous systems and robotics. You will work as a key liaison between Product Management, Solution Architects, and Engineering Teams to transform stakeholder goals into actionable system designs, ensuring that product performance and safety goals are met.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, process, and track product goals, KPIs, and requirements.
- Translate product objectives into detailed system and subsystem requirements to guide development efforts.
- Create interface control documents and ensure seamless integration of product components, including vehicle interactions.
- Participate in conceptual design reviews to ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements and traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support the development of system-level verification and customer acceptance test cases to ensure compliance and functionality.
- Evaluate new feature requests by collaborating across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering disciplines.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to address design issues, provide development feedback, and explore alternatives.
