Job Summary :
The Executive Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Segment Leader, Industry and Consumer, enabling the achievement of company goals and segment-specific targets. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who excels at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and supporting various business initiatives.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field, or 10 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of Excel (advanced) and Word (Required)
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and escalate issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in gathering data and preparing the Segment Leaders monthly report.
Organize and manage logistics for segment meetings, trade shows, marketing campaigns, and customer visits.
Assist in the creation and coordination of deviation reports and action items.
Maintain up-to-date forecasts and calendars for the segment leader and KAMs.
Organize and send birthday cards for segment employees.
