- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and optimizing system performance.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot building automation systems (controls).
- Conduct preventative maintenance on facility equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure facility systems operate efficiently and reliably.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
