Autos of Chicago is looking for and EXPERIENCED Finance Manager. Ideal candidate will be a CSI-minded top performer with a proven track record of success to lead our finance department to even higher levels!

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all customer loan origination/approval
- Presentation of financial products both insurance and investment protection menus
- Monitor and oversee timely funding of contracts
- Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
- Coordinate with sales management team to maximize unit counts
- Maintain solid relationships with lending institutions
- Meet and exceed monthly objective
Requirements:
Must be familiar with Dealer Track**
- At least 3 years of experience at an auto dealership as a F&I Business Manager.
- Proven supervisory experience in a Financial Services role in the automotive industry
- Strong CSI
- Excellent selling skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent follow-through skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
