Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Our Ideal Candidate:
To be successful in this role having one of these or similar roles would be helpful:
• Automotive Appraiser
• Car Inspector
• Lease inspector
• Used Car Manager
• Reconditioning Manager
• Or other similar roles
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Be the liaison between the shop and sales to make sure we are selling an exceptionally safe and high-quality vehicle
• Inspect vehicles in accordance with Company standards
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic, or safety concerns
• Inspect new arrivals/ new trade-ins
• Meet multiple times throughout the day with the General Manager and Service Department regarding approvals and reconditioning
• Drive cycle every vehicle as part of the inspection process
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities:
• Self-starter who can thrive independently
• Excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable with technology-based platforms
• A minimum of 3 years of automotive related experience
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to regularly lift 40 pounds.
• Good close and far vision ability to inspect the vehicle and drive. Must be able to inspect vehicle to determine repairs needed.
• Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.
Work Environment:
• Primarily in and outdoors in all seasons and types of weather
• In and out of vehicles
