Duties

- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage financial aspects of the facility, including budgeting and financial planning
- Coordinate and implement care plans for residents, including medication administration
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the field of long-term care
Qualifications
