We are seeking a Project Manager to join our talented Customer Experience Team in an environment with a strong commitment to internal and external customer service. Reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Accounts, the Project Manager will provide a wide variety of support for an assigned list of customers. The Project Manager will work closely with external sales executives in transitioning new customers / products from external to internal status. This position includes working with the full SCRUM development team to introduce new products on time and on budget for the Brands we support. This includes timeline management, regularly scheduled project calls and meetings to ensure the projects are coming in on time and on budget, among other tasks. Work closely with our customer service team to ensure orders are being delivered in a timely manner as required by the customer. An understanding of order management and related duties is required, as well as addressing and solving customer issues.
