This role demands strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks and milestones
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment
- Manage project budgets and track expenditures
- Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress and address issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Prepare project reports and documentation for stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate communication between team members and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with construction processes and standards
- Professional certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus

Salary : $70,000 - $130,000
