Landscape Team Member

Autumn Ridge Landscape and Design is a landscape maintenance and design/build company based in Macungie, Pa. We are looking to add 2-3 people to our landscape crew for this season! Prior landscape experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train people with the right attitude and willingness to learn! PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO MY COLLEGE SCHEDULE OUR PRIMARY SEASON RUNS FROM APPROXIMATELY MAY 2ND - AUGUST 2OTH

The right people will have the opportunity for full time employment beginning March 2026 after I graduate.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of new landscapes and hardscapes
• Removal of old shrubs, trees, and landscape beds
• Maintenance work including mulching, shrub pruning, weeding, and property cleanups
• Planting shrubs, trees, and perennials
• Installation of paver patios, walkways, stone walls, etc
• Pruning ornamental trees and shrubs
• Operating power equipment

Qualifications:

• Must have valid drivers license
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Drivers will be required to obtain a DOT medical card (Company will pay for)
• Ability to work in a team environment and take directions
• Caring and attentive to detail
• Can work with others and bring a positive attitude to the workplace
• Willingness learn new skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Schedule:

• Mondays-Thursdays approximately 7:30-5:30
• Most Fridays have optional overtime opportunities

Salary:

• $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Wage based on experience
• Can earn raises based on performance

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Landscaping: 1 year (Preferred)
