About the Job:
As a Caregiver and Support Assistant, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our guests. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as monitoring and reporting any changes in their condition.
- Provide personal care and support to guests, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and report any changes in guests' condition to licensed nurse.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and housekeeping.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
