About the Role :

Right now, we're looking for a Demand Generation Associate to join our Marketing Department. As the Demand Generation Associate, you'll be the driving force behind our campaigns, crafting strategies that generate leads and accelerate pipeline growth. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams, executing data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results. Your superpower? The ability to analyze performance, optimize efforts, and show ROI like a true pro. Whether it's tweaking campaigns to perfection or diving deep into the data, you'll be in the driver's seat of shaping our success.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including digital ads (LinkedIn, Meta), email marketing, and social media.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce to track campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Create and manage paid media campaigns, continuously analyzing results to drive improvements.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align on target audiences and convert leads into valuable opportunities.
- Partner with product teams to craft messaging that resonates with target segments and drives conversions.
- Develop content and assets for lead nurturing, ensuring a seamless conversion process.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to adjust and refine campaign strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure adherence to company guidelines across all campaign materials.

For this role, the base salary range is $70,000 - $80,000. Total compensation also includes a competitive benefits package. A salary offer will be determined by several factors including experience, skill level, education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
