For this role, the base salary range is $65,000 - $75,000. Total compensation also includes a competitive benefits package. A salary offer will be determined by several factors including experience, skill level, education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. About the Role:

You'll be the driving force behind our trade shows, handling everything from registration to coordinating internal teams and collaborating with creative minds to brng our booth to life. If you're an event pro who loves the challenge of managing all the moving parts and making magic happen behind the scenes, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee scheduling, registration, and coordination for B2B and B2G trade shows, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Coordinate internal staffing and manage the logistics of event execution.
- Collaborate with Creative Services to design booth layouts, messaging, and other event materials.
- Travel to show locations and be responsible for Autura's success at event.
- Work closely with the demand gen team to strategize and implement pre-event marketing campaigns.
- Handle program management, ensuring all event details are aligned and completed on time.
- Manage communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Be the main point of contact for all event-related activities, ensuring the team is aligned and prepared.
- 5 years of experience as an Event Coordinator, from kickoff to wrap-up, you've done it all and owned it every step of the way.
- You are excited by the opportunity to travel and comfortable with up to 75% travel.
- You are located within a short drive of a major airport (preferably a major hub).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces and teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and with external vendors to execute successful events.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, ensuring no event detail is overlooked.
- You've worked hand-in-hand with creative service teams to bring event visuals, messaging, and booth concepts to life.
