Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead and oversee the sales strategy and growth for our Business Development and AI solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive growth in AI-driven solutions and business development services.
- Lead the sales team in identifying, targeting, and closing opportunities with key enterprise customers.
- Establish clear sales objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Collaborate with the product, marketing, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with the company’s overall business objectives.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on business development and AI solutions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the sales organization.
- Recruit and onboard top sales talent, ensuring the team is well-equipped to exceed sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to sales representatives to continuously improve their performance.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key executives, decision-makers, and partners within target industries.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand the potential and impact of AI technologies on their business.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless post-sale execution and long-term client satisfaction.
Revenue Growth & Forecasting:
- Continuously analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for new AI solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and meetings to build brand presence and create strategic partnerships.
Partnership & Alliances:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with technology providers, consultants, and other key players in the AI ecosystem.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements that enhance the company’s offerings and drive revenue growth.
- Work with partners to co-sell and promote business development and AI solutions in targeted markets.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- role within business development or AI-related industries.
- Proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth, managing complex sales cycles, and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in AI technologies, solutions, or services is highly preferred.
