Administrative Assistant - Accounts Receivable
Company : Auxo Medical manufactures and services medical equipment including sterilizers, autoclaves, washers, operating room tables & lights, and other ancillary medical equipment for hospitals and surgery centers.
Position Description : Candidates for Administrative Assistant must have at least three years experience with accounts receivable. Other preferred skills include accounts payable, working with accounting programs, payroll, and basic book keeping, data entry and database management. Preference given to candidates with Salesforce experience. Specific responsibilities include :
- Customer Service : Receive phone calls and requests from customers. Coordinate with staff to ensure prompt responses to customer requests. Provide excellent guest experience
- Accounts Receivable : Process customer invoices. Receive and process check and credit card payments. Collect delinquent accounts.
- Accounts Payable : Enter vendor invoices / payable. Log credit card receipts. Mail payments
- Enter service and sales requests into Salesforce
- Prepare and mail USPS, UPS, and FedEx packages
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; scanning and filing documents; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies
- Assist with bookkeeping / accounting functions as appropriate
- Light housekeeping
- Perform other duties as assigned
Working Conditions :
Normal office conditions with some work in warehouse to count inventory. Light physical effort. Will be doing keyboarding and some light lifting.
