Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Campaign Manager to join the Auzmer Research Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns to grow awareness and increase patient flow. Our office operates as a very collaborative work force, so we are looking for someone who is open to learning new skills and listening to feedback from the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with the clinical team in order to develop advertisements that accurately portray our site's functions and mission.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spending and maximum ROI. Work with the Accounting personnel to ensure the proper documentation of campaign budgets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital marketing tools, and best practices.
- Ensure campaigns align with the company's brand identity and overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience with Meta Campaign Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong creative thinking with an eye for design and content strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
