Responsibilities
- Engage on the phone, online, and in person with companies to facilitate sales of products.
- Work with the Head of Sales to develop strategies on areas to grow new business.
- Achieve individual and group review targets by managing and growing exiting accounts and developing new business.
- Understanding of the marketplace is key to solving customer business challenges
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track interaction with clients and potential clients.
- Work closely with sales operations to ensure customer satisfaction with products.
- Flexibility to shift into other ancillary sales areas as needed.
- Additional duties as needed and assigned.
- Experience working with large accounts that require multiple stakeholders’ approval.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with attention to detail.
- Strong prospecting and account nurturing skills.
- Outstanding organization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Ability to handle high volume customer portfolio with multiple products.
- Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal oversight.
- Aptitude for critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solving, judgement, and decision-making skills.
- 3-5 years' experience selling digital media solutions through needs-based approach.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and proven relationships with companies in this market.
- Experience managing long term relationships with clients.
- Experience presenting solutions to clients and potential clients.
- Experience with prospecting to find decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM (Salesforce is preferred)
- Must be willing to travel to customers and for trade shows
