Location: Onsite(Must Relocated to Iowa)

Job Type: 6-Month Internship with the possibility of Full time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Customer Support/Specialist Intern to join our team for a 6-month onsite internship. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, love solving customer challenges, and have a knack for technology. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer support while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and technical support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on Auzmor products and share insights with customers to optimize their experience.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree is a must. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields).
  • Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for customer engagement and navigating technical challenges.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
  • Background in technical or client-facing roles.
