We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative for our Titan Post Drivers product line.
Job Summary:
As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. You will provide expert guidance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Titan gas/electric powered post drivers and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with small engine repair and functionality is helpful.
- Guide customers through product installation, usage, and maintenance.
- Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our support system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve product knowledge.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to the product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or education is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical customer support or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using support ticket systems and basic office software.
- Familiarity with agricultural products or fencing solutions is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
