As an Administrative Assistant at AV Pros NY, you'll have the opportunity to work on various projects, including managing time-tracking entries for payroll, overseeing new vendor onboarding, and handling the company's eBay store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage time-tracking entries for payroll and ensure accuracy of company fleet maintenance.
- Oversee new vendor onboarding and maintain up-to-date contact records.
- Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and follow through to completion.
- Ensure timely access approvals for buildings and help coordinate logistics.
- Handle the company's eBay store and assist with creating new administrative processes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Experience in the AV, construction, electrical, or HVAC fields is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve on the fly.
