Front Office: Scheduling/Treatment Coordinator :
Front Office Duties are not limited to but include the following:
- Answer Incoming calls, handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, collect correct patient information and enter in the system.
- Keep the front office clean and replenish beverages as needed.
- Assist patients with new patient forms and enter them into system.
- Collect and verify insurance information and update as needed.
- Accurately post all charges and collect patient copays.
- Upload and keep current on financial arrangement on all patient accounts.
- Enter and present treatment plans and arrange financial agreements.
- Follow up with Patients with any pre-authorizations.
- Monitor and fill Schedules.
- Ensure every patient has a great experience

- Dental Front Office: 2 years (Required)
- treatment planning: 1 year (Required)
