Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing leader in the Audio-Visual Solutions industry, is seeking an AV Field Service Engineer to service their corporate clients; you wil be based out of their Mechanicsburg, PA office.
Responsibilities :
- Troubleshooting, re-installation and maintenance of electronic audio / visual equipment, installing and servicing the systems in the most efficient and effective manner to assure minimum down time and maximum performance.
- Communicating system performance to the customer and to the Service Department or Installation Department.
- Assist the Technical Operations team in performing installation and system commissioning work as needed.
- Clear communication, documentation and organization of paperwork, tools and the company vehicle are a necessary function of the position.
- Travel to client sites as well as occasional out-of-town travel may be required.
