Our client a wellestablished and rapidly growing leader in the AudioVisual Solutions industry is seeking an AV Field Service Engineer to service their corporate clients; you wil be based out of their Mechanicsburg PA office.
Responsibilities :
- Troubleshooting reinstallation and maintenance of electronic audio / visual equipment installing and servicing the systems in the most efficient and effective manner to assure minimum down time and maximum performance.
- Communicating system performance to the customer and to the Service Department or Installation Department.
- Assist the Technical Operations team in performing installation and system commissioning work as needed.
- Clear communication documentation and organization of paperwork tools and the company vehicle are a necessary function of the position.
- Travel to client sites as well as occasional outoftown travel may be required.
