Our client a wellestablished and rapidly growing leader in the AudioVisual Solutions industry is seeking an
AV Field Service Engineer
to service their corporate clients; you wil be based out of their Mechanicsburg PA office.Responsibilities : Troubleshooting reinstallation and maintenance of electronic audio / visual equipment installing and servicing the systems in the most efficient and effective manner to assure minimum down time and maximum performance.Communicating system performance to the customer and to the Service Department or Installation Department.Assist the Technical Operations team in performing installation and system commissioning work as needed.Clear communication documentation and organization of paperwork tools and the company vehicle are a necessary function of the position.Travel to client sites as well as occasional outoftown travel may be required.Additional Responsibilities : Field Commissioning of AV Systems and other
Engineering related duties.The final commissioning of audiovisual equipment
including but not limited to audio DSPs CODECs switchers control
systems VTC systems and video processors.Create user guides and train end users on how to use
their A / V control systems.Refine current processes develop a better workflow
and make recommendations.Work closely with the Technical Operations team the
Installation Manager and the Manager of AV Integration while assuring a
professional and safe working environment.Other duties as required or assigned by company
