If you enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, solving challenges on the fly, and contributing to a thriving global operation, we’d love to hear from you!What You’ll Be Doing : 💬 Engaging with Clients – Build relationships, communicate effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction.📊 Creating Data-Driven Reports & Proposals – Prepare client reports, rate proposals, spot quotes, and quarterly pricing strategies.🌍 Coordinating International Pricing & Logistics – Work closely with overseas teams to handle rate requests and optimize global trade lanes.📈 Driving Business Growth – Analyze account performance, uncover new business opportunities, and expand existing partnerships.📌 Managing Freight Solutions – Source trucking vendors, coordinate shipments, and troubleshoot logistics challenges to ensure smooth operations.🖥 Utilizing Key Systems – Work with SharePoint, CRM, and Datamyne to streamline operations and pricing strategies.📢 Supporting Sales & Strategy – Assist with RFPs, attend sales and management meetings, and support company expansion initiatives.What We’re Looking For :
- 2-5 years of experience in pricing, account management, sales support, or a related field.
- Excel expertise – You should be highly proficient with spreadsheets and calculations.
- Sharp problem-solving skills – The ability to think on your feet and find solutions when challenges arise.
- Strong communication skills – Both written and verbal, as you’ll be engaging with clients, internal teams, and overseas partners.
- Exceptional attention to detail – Accuracy is key in pricing and logistics coordination.
