What You'll Do:
As an integral part of their team, you will:
- Manage Documentation: Receive, review, and process import documents to ensure smooth shipments.
- Track and Trace Shipments: Keep clients and sales teams updated on shipment status.
- Ensure Accuracy: Process and distribute documentation timely and accurately.
- Provide Solutions: Obtain competitive quotes and identify the best transportation methods.
- Coordinate Customs: Work with brokers and carriers to manage clearances and examinations.
- Build Client Relationships: Communicate effectively with overseas agents, transportation agencies, and sales teams to maintain strong professional connections.
- Streamline Processes: Continuously seek cost-reduction opportunities while maximizing revenue.
- Prioritize Customer Satisfaction: Uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
- Handle Billing: Maintain shipment files and ensure billing accuracy within deadlines.
