Join Our Team as an Audio-Visual Sales Executive
Are you a passionate and results-driven sales professional with a flair for the audio / visual industry? We’re a rapidly growing NYC-based audio-visual equipment rental and event staging company looking for an experienced Audio-Visual Sales Specialist to help drive our success and deliver exceptional AV solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Field incoming inquiries and create customized AV proposals that align with client needs and company standards.
- Negotiate budgets with clients to secure business while maintaining high-quality production standards.
- Drive revenue growth by maximizing sales and securing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand our customer base across various industries.
- Ensure seamless event execution by specifying the right equipment and managing logistics.
- Conduct on-site surveys to deliver tailored AV solutions.
- Manage crew scheduling and operations.
- Oversee budgets, including sub-rentals and labor, to maximize profitability and minimize expenses.
- Develop a pipeline of on-call talent to supplement the team as needed.
- Reconcile job costs and prepare projects for billing.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business leads to support company growth.
