We are excited to be recruiting for the next important piece of our history and new talent, our General Sales Administration (GSA) Sales Manager! The GSA Sales Manager is responsible for managing RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and general inquires made by potential customers and leverages our position by introducing our capabilities via this schedule. This is a hybrid position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Represents AV3 Inc. to customers utilizing the GSA schedule by managing solicitation responses ensuring inquiries are responded to timely and customer expectations and deadlines are adhered to
- Sells services and products, and drives customers to the GSA schedule by using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge
- Maintains GSA marketing materials
- Establishes and nourishes relationships with customers
- Meets defined revenue goals
- Meets key performance indicators to include:
- Identifies and attends trade shows, conferences, and expositions to sell the services the company provides
- Participates in project kick-off meetings
- Researches competitors and develops new methods in maintaining current customers and attaining new customers
- Works closely with the Contracts and Procurement Teams
- Works closely with the Engineering team including attending site surveys
- Performs all other duties as assigned
To qualify for this position, you must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant technical degree. At least 3 years experience administering GSA schedule is required. Travel is no greater than 20% annually.

Pay Range
$65,000 - $75,000 per year, plus commission
The above pay range represents a general guideline; however, AV3, Inc. considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
