Job Summary :
UX Designer will partner with a cross functional team of product, engineering, key stakeholders, and designers to create an end to end customer experience for our digital community. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to drive adoption and usage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
The essential functions include, but are not limited to : Strong UI / UX design skills showcasing problem solving techniques focused on the customerExpertise in design software such as Figma, Figjam, and Miro.Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.Strong understanding of usability principles, journey mapping techniques, information architecture, and interaction design.Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to support evidence-focused design decisions.Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and process.Define and execute a customer centric strategy to focus on the customer experience through user researchStrong journey mapping experience.Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needsCollaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly softwareUnderstand product specifications and user psychologyConduct concept and usability testing and gather feedbackCreate personas through user research and datDefine the right interaction model and evaluate its successWork with existing UI Developer to create wireframes and prototypes around customer needsFind creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Design related area of focus, or other relevant discipline such as UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Design Thinking, or a related discipline.8 years of proven experience as a UX Designer responsible for wireframes, prototyping, and designs advocating for customer experience.
