Actual Title: HR Operations Generalist: II
As an HR Operations Generalist at ***, you will be responsible for coordination and administration of a wide range of human resource activities for programs and processes that span the entire employee lifecycle, from hire to retire, while driving operational efficiencies and a culture of compliance, quality, and productivity.
1. As part of a team, perform tasks required to administer, educate, and execute human resource programs that support the associate lifecycle including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, performance and talent management.
2. Handle employment-related inquiries from associates, managers, and partners, collaborating with internal partners to provide timely resolution. Identifying and referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate partners as needed.
3. Participates in audit processes to ensure data accuracy in record keeping systems. Identifies trends, sees issues through to resolution and escalates potential risks.
4. Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and tasks, ensuring practices are compliant with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
5. Prepare analysis and reporting of data to support associate programs and strategic initiatives.
6. Prepares and conducts training as needed on HR policies and programs.
7. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulation, and recommended best practices.
8. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Applies learnings to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Aptitude for problem-solving and applying knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field Required
2-3 Years HR Generalist experience Required.
HR Operations preferred.
