Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Required)
- 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience (HR Operations preferred)
Position Overview:
The HR Operations Generalist will play a key role in supporting and optimizing HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This position involves administering HR programs, addressing employee inquiries, and contributing to process improvements, data integrity, and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, educate, and support HR programs, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, leave management, performance management, and compliance.
- Respond to employment-related inquiries from employees and managers, collaborating with internal teams to provide timely resolutions.
- Assist in HR audits, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and facilitate training on HR policies and programs as needed.
- Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, applying insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
