Title - Sr HR Assistant / Generalist
Ensures the compliance with all applicable state and federal employment taxation and wage and hour laws
Prepares payroll reports for internal and external partners.
Review personnel action forms to verify correct data entry.
Coordinates payroll records management, reviews, audits, and ensures data accuracy.
Facilitates end-to-end HR processes and ensures accuracy, including review of HRIS workflow transactions, system uploads and quarterly HRIS data audits.
Updates, maintains and publishes
- organizational charts.
Resolves tickets for HR system-related issues.
Perform tasks required to administer, educate, and execute human resource programs that support the associate lifecycle including but not limited to onboarding, benefits, and leave support.
Performs routine tasks to support the recruitment and hiring of job applicants for open positions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Dayforce proficiency strongly preferred.
In-depth working knowledge of payroll required.
Excellent technical computer skills, preferably in the areas of payroll interfaces required.
Strong proficiency in MS office applications, along with Excel (inclusive of pivot tables, vlookups, and intermediate formula / macro abilities).
